Considering the time Paul had previously spent in Ephesus (3 years during his 3rd missionary journey) this seems unusual if it was addressed specifically to Ephesus. In Pauls repeated greeting we see that the source of true grace and peace is both God the Father and God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ..
