Telia Informatique develops LONAB's mail management and archiving system

Telia Informatique announces that it has been selected by the Burkinabè National Lottery (LONAB) to design and deploy a digital solution dedicated to mail management and archiving. The project, which began two weeks ago, marks a new step in the digital transformation of Burkinabè public institutions. It aims to replace manual mail management with a modern, centralized and secure platform. Project objectives • Digitize the registration of incoming and outgoing mail • Ensure real-time tracking of each correspondence • Guarantee secure digital archiving of documents • Facilitate the search and consultation of archived mail • Strengthen the traceability and transparency of exchanges • Reduce processing times and loss risks Features being developed The system under development includes two main modules: 1. Mail management module - Registration of incoming and outgoing mail - Automatic assignment of reference numbers - Tracking of the processing circuit by department - Notifications and alerts - Supervision dashboard 2.
