UEMOA E-Scholarship Platform

As part of the modernization of its Excellence Scholarship Program, the UEMOA Commission entrusted Telia Informatique with the design and development of the E-Scholarship platform. This official, fully paperless platform allows students from the Union's 8 member countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo) to apply online for excellence scholarships for training and research, in Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate and Specialization in Human Health programs. Key features: • Online student registration and account creation • Browsing the catalog of available scholarships by cycle and field • Multi-step paperless application form • Secure upload of supporting documents (diplomas, transcripts, ID) • Real-time submission and application tracking from the personal space • Administrator dashboard for managing applications • Management of UEMOA member institutions • Alumni (scholarship beneficiaries) tracking • Bilingual French / Portuguese • Responsive interface accessible on mobile and desktop The platform ensures a transparent, secure and accessible application process for all, while strengthening the efficiency of file processing, information traceability and user experience. It is part of the UEMOA Commission's 2025-2030 Strategic Plan, called IMPACT 2030, which makes human capital development, research, innovation and digital transformation major drivers of the Union's sustainable development.
